I know someone who slept with him around 16-17 years ago but I have no idea if Justin was single at the time so I can’t speak to his morality, however Sophie seems to allude to Justin’s extramarital fun in this 2015 article from Global.
During a lunch interview with Global News’ Laura Stone, Liberal leader Justin Trudeau’s wife Sophie Gregoire had this to say when asked about Trudeau denying there was ever an extramarital affair:

To me, it seemed the SNC-Lavalin scandal shocked Sophie. I thought that she didn't want to be married to a crook? Yet now we have a fuller picture unfolding, one of sordid marital unfaithfulness. Truly, a man that wears blackface in pubic (for kicks) is likely capable of any egregious misbehavior.
It does lend creedance to the witnesses that claim to have seen Trudeau in Barbados with a prostitute during the Covid lockdown (see that story Here). What do you think kiddies? Did he cheat? Are they separated? Do we care?
