This is big news and it spells the end of the Covid travel mandates. Premier Peckford of Newfoundland (not currently sitting), who is the only surviving drafter and signatory of the 1982 Charter of Rights and Freedoms, has stated that the mandates are in violation of Canadian law and unconstitutional (and he helped write the Charter!!). As such, he has launched a legal challenge which will crush Trudeau's illegal overreach. This is a guarenteed slamdunk, but will take some time to navigate the courts.
This story is as big as the Freedom Trucker Convoy, and is far more likely to end this madness, and seems to be completely blacked out of mainstream media.
