In this video, we see Justin Trudeau explain he has a confession: he can't do basic math. And by basic, he means really, really basic. His example includes 13+14. This is learnt in Grade 1 in elementry school. Trudeau struggles with Grade 1 math. He is functionally illiterate in mathamatics. This is the Prime Minister of Canada!
