It takes time for justice to unfold in a country that adheres to law and order. And it seems that the courts are beginning the process of illuminating the Alberta governments constitutional overreach in the targeting of those who were non compliant to the COVID lock-downs.
The good news, all those who were ticketed, arrested, and fined have either beaten their prosecutors are are soon to enjoy that sweet feeling of hard-earned victory.
The Alberta government is seen to be in the wrong, and the lock-down prosecutions were malicious. It ain't over till the fat lady sings, but her vocal cords are warm and she's humming mad.
